This is a continuation of the post about the legal framework from the other day.
Construction Sequence for On-Site Sprayed Concrete Formwork in Slope Construction (Part 1)
I'm going to become a legal framework assembler.

After the formwork is installed, we will mark out the entire slope.
Install the frame throughout the entire area using PP rope.
Install the rebar along the PP rope, and remove all PP rope after the lower rebar has been installed. (Although PP rope does not rot, it is considered a foreign object in reinforced concrete structures.)

First, we’ll position the vertical rebar, and then we’ll lay the horizontal rebar.
All the rebar is tied to the wire mesh.
Each rebar is generally 6 meters long, but if the span is longer, we join them together.
When doing so, it is necessary to ensure that the overlaps in the rebar do not occur in the same position as much as possible.
Please keep in mind that the standard overlap length for rebar is 40D.
Since this may vary slightly by region, if you're unsure, it's fine to err on the side of caution and use 45D for the installation.
This "45D" refers to...Reinforcing Bar Diameter × 45That's the point.

If you were using D13 rebar, that would mean D13 × 40 = 520 mm or more.
Also, care must be taken to ensure that the overlaps in the rebar do not occur in the same position.

Make sure the rebar overlaps don't occur both horizontally and vertically!

Once the bottom reinforcing bars are in place, we'll install the formwork.
Since the formwork is constructed so that it extends beyond the joints, all you have to do is place it on top of the lower rebar and tie it in place.

The reinforcement mesh contains assembly rebars called hoop bars, and the rebar is tied to them.
After tying the bottom reinforcing bars to the formwork, place the top reinforcing bars on top and tie them to the hoop bars in the same way.
When securing the hoop straps, some people secure them at every point, while others secure them at intervals.
There's no rule that says you have to tie them all together!
Personally, I don't really care either way lol
Since this is just formwork, it would be a problem if the rebar were to shift out of place, but that rarely happens.
Tying them all together makes them more secure, but it also takes time.
It seems like "just enough" might be fine, but that's up to the person doing the work.

I’d like to say that the frame is now complete, but first I’ll drive in some anchors at the joints.
