I edited the video of the strapping machine from the other day.
This video shows measurements taken solely of the overlap of the rebar in the formwork.
The rebar diameter is also unusual—we're using D19—so it's a little tricky to work with, lol.
But for now, I think it would be fine if we could at least get to the comparison stage.
Since there was no distance involved, the difference was quite significant.
The craftsman conducting the pilot project is a veteran with 18 years of experience in slope work.
Next time, we'll be measuring the curing time after the formwork is installed, so please stay tuned.
Work on erecting the structural framework and installing the top reinforcement will begin sometime this week.
Experiments like this are interesting.
