Today I took a job posting to the Hello Work office in Matsumoto City. (It’s for a company in Nagano.)

The Job Center looked pretty quiet... lol
Since this is the time of year when recent college graduates are starting to face setbacks and are about to return to their hometowns, here are some job listings.
I'm naively hoping that a flood of customers will come in during the Obon holiday.
But that's beside the point.
An Eye for People
The construction industry is facing a labor shortage everywhere you go.
If we post a job opening at Hello Work, we tend to get a fair number of applicants coming in for interviews.
Actually, it wasn't until I started conducting interviews that I finally began to understand what makes a good person and what doesn't.
This may sound presumptuous, but quite a bitBe able to make a judgmentIt has come to this.

1. He tends to exaggerate.
2. Folktales play a major role.
3. They're stuck in the past, clinging to past glories.
4. A way of speaking that seems to look down on younger people.
5. Go out of your way to praise the company during the interview.

7. He seems kind of arrogant.
8. Speaking as if you know everything.
9. A way of speaking that makes it sound like you can do anything.
People like this just can't get any work done, lol.
I'm always trying to slack off, and I'm pretty careless.
To top it all off, he's also careless with money.
(No matter what they say, they'll come to borrow money.)
Unfortunately, people like this are a very small minority in the world.
To avoid hiring such people, please keep the above points in mind, andDeveloping a Keen EyeI guess that’s important too, lol.
Hiring someone like this will damage the company's reputation and have a negative impact on the other employees as well.
You can't even begin to imagine how strong that negative aura is lol
