We recently received a request for this project and are currently working on it.

On top, the ring forms a legal framework.
After that, we’ll use a mini backhoe to excavate a mound inside the ring.
Since rock bolts are installed at significantly greater depths, we will stop at a depth of 1.0 m to 1.5 m and apply sprayed mortar to the surface.
It is the same as reverse-spin construction performed on a standard slope.
After the mortar is sprayed, rock bolts will be installed at depths ranging from 3.0 m to 8.0 m.
We will dig it down to the specified depth.
If the upper section lacks sufficient strength, we will use anchor work instead of rock bolts.
If we can handle everything from spraying to drilling, one crew will be enough.
Once this bamboo-splitting method is complete, work on the deep foundation will begin from that point.
That said, how many more bridge piers of this size will there be in the future?
Come to think of it... well, you know how it is, lol (Bridge repairs are on the rise, but what about new construction?)
The equipment required for this project includes a squeeze pump capable of spraying ready-mix concrete, a compressor, a core drill, and a complete grouting plant.
Since you'll be using these in sequence all the time, they must be running in the background.
We often do this at our place, too: if a machine has a little downtime, we take it to another job site, get the job done quickly, and bring it back.
I can't do that.
Especially in the early stages, since the spacing between the sprayed concrete and the rock bolts is short, we’ll be constantly alternating between the two as we proceed with construction.
As you go lower, the number of rock bolts increases, so there’s less need for shotcrete.
But I’m still so inexperienced—I had no idea jobs like this even existed. There are all sorts of things going on that I’m completely unaware of.
