To be honest, having interns helps us get by to some extent, but the big problem every company is facing right now is the driver shortage!
In any case, the number of Japanese people is declining, but the drivers are generally Japanese.
When we can’t even secure enough Japanese workers, the constant influx of foreign workers will only serve to lay bare the licensing issue in all its severity.
And it's not just driving—on-site certifications are important, too.
