Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
Lately, we've been having long stretches of rain, and the weather has been alternating between cold and hot!
I think I'm about to get sick lol
It's important to prepare so you don't get sick!
Be sure to pack a windbreaker, a raincoat, and some thermal underwear and warm outerwear as well.

But that's beside the point.
The costs associated with hiring a new employee are pretty steep, aren't they?
When it comes to craftsmen and managers, there’s a world of difference—It costs money to be an administrator.
In the case of craftsmen, they generally own their own tools, and they also purchase their own supplies.
Well, you really only need a few things.
Even if we were to provide everything, a full set of safety harnesses would probably be the most expensive item. (Starting at 50,000 yen)
If you're a construction manager, the amount is even more staggering.
First of all, a car is absolutely essential.
Construction managers often work on their own.
For example, even if construction is underway, there are times when I have to go to city hall or attend other meetings.
There's no way I'd go with a group.
Next up, a camera. You definitely need one, right?
And then, a laptop. It’s even better if you have a spare one.
Even if it's a spare computer, if it's running something like Windows XP these days, it's just not worth talking about lol
Next, software.
Electronic submission software, CAD software, Excel, Word, PDF,
Next, a full set of management tools.
If you buy the whole set right from the start, it adds up to quite a bit of money.

When you think about it, having a construction company hire a property manager does involve a considerable amount of risk, but,
That means there are quite a few benefits as well.
The advantage is that, as long as there’s a project, you can handle a project worth about 100 million to 150 million yen on your own in a single year. (Revenue)
Depending on the situation, it might be possible to go even further without being appointed.
That means it can make a significant contribution in terms of sales. (Profits are a different story, lol.)
Furthermore, the presence or absence of a construction manager makes a significant difference in a company’s technical capabilities.
Please take a look at the general contractor.
This means that, because there is a manager, the company is at a level where it can secure work directly from government agencies.

Right now, there are fewer of them than there are artisans.
General contractors are scrambling to secure engineers.
That's because without a certified engineer, we can't even participate in the bidding process.
It takes at least 3 to 5 years to become proficient enough to handle construction management effectively.
(It would take 10 years or more to cover everything.)
When it comes to training, it takes longer than with craftsmen.
Going forward, we'll see a noticeable increase in the appointment of managers who are over the standard retirement age of 65. There are actually quite a few of them even now, lol.
Since we have experienced staff on hand, I’d like to take this opportunity to train our younger managers.

Is anyone interested in becoming an administrator?
I'll teach you everything from the very basics, won't I? lol
Well, why not just give it a try? Women are welcome, too!
The important thing is to just take the plunge ^^
Whether you want to be a craftsman or a director, please feel free to jump right in with us! lol
See you later.
