Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
I tried using the turntable for the anchor tendon that I had made last time.

Even when loading a 30-meter-class anchor tendon, it spins smoothly now, making insertion much easier.
The lower section, which is prone to rust, is made of stainless steel, and the unit is equipped with six tires, each capable of supporting up to 500 kg.
First of all, it never breaks, and since it separates into upper and lower sections, it’s easy for four people to move it.
I was able to make something great.
If anyone is interested in making one, please contact Wakazono Manufacturing.
He wants the turntable we made at Enta's place!
But that's beside the point.

Expectations
Speaking of expectations this time, what I mean is,
There were already experimental results showing that applying pressure increases strength!
What's more,Chubu Electric Power's Comprehensive Research InstituteThat's about it.
I'm not sure if it's okay to link directly, but,
I'll post this for now. (Please let me know if it's not right.)
On the Strength Properties of Heated and Pressurized Concrete
When you look at it, you can really tell the intensity has gone way up.
This experiment involves prestressed concrete. That meansIt promises to be strongThat's the point.
However, if you replace it with an anchor,
Applying pressure during curing does not increase the strength of the bonded area.
The reason is very simple.

"Pressurization" means that pressure must be constantly applied, otherwise...
It means there's no point.
Its strength increases under normal pressure conditions.
This is very important.
However, it is true that pressure is exerted on the anchored section by the weight of the grout from the free section.
See you later.

That's a wonderful turntable.
Just wondering—is there no measurement of the anchor body's total length? (Is this done during factory inspection?)
Also, will you include the SE (Super Flotech) injection hose?
Thank you as always.
Using the turntable, deploy it on the scaffolding at the job site, and return it to the turntable after measurement.
If the worksite is spacious enough to leave things as they are, you can just spread them out, but a turntable comes in handy when the worksite is cramped.
Super Flo-Tech comes with an injection hose.
