In this heat, my head starts to feel fuzzy after just half a day.
It's hell...
Partly due to staff shortages, things aren't running smoothly on site, and I've been working there alone since last week.
(For now, arrangements for transporting the machinery)
Starting this week, we'll be bringing in temporary staff to work on-site on a regular basis.
It’s been a while since I’ve been on a job site, and it’s so hot. I want to make sure I don’t get worn out.
Every now and then, when I work on-site like this,
I’ve come to realize a lot of things, and I want to make this a better workplace.
People involved in civil engineering management really should head out to the job site every once in a while.
It's important not only to rely on theoretical knowledge but also to recall things through physical experience.
However, I have to make sure I don’t neglect my management duties, so that’s challenging in its own right, but,
After all, business really depends on the front lines.
I'll be on-site almost every day for the next month starting this week, so I'm afraid I might fall behind on my paperwork...

I ended up taking four weeks to finish what I should have finished in one, which is why I ended up with this result lol
It's definitely not a failure!!
In a sense,It has been found that with early-strength cement, the strength increases gradually after the first week.I think I understand it clearly now.
Has anyone ever worried about the 4-week mark in the Early Strength program?? lol
I'll be honest. Actually, I forgot about Week 1...
Please cut me some slack this time lol
By the way, the one-week strength on that same day was around 35 N/mm².

Next up is the high-pressure session, but that’s been postponed until tomorrow!
