Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
Has everyone joined CCUS yet?

CCUS = Career Advancement System That's what it's about.
Companies with technical intern trainees cannot complete various paperwork unless 100% of their positions are filled by technical intern trainees.
There's no choice between going in or not going in, lol.
That's why technical interns are absolutely essential!
And recently, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism released data on annual salaries by job level in the CCUS sector.
As some of you may have noticed, annual income projections are set based on CCUS levels.

Publication of Annual Salaries by Level in the Construction Career Up System (CCUS)
There is an average for all fields.
Isn't that an amazing amount?
To put it bluntly, it’s an amount that’s absolutely impossible to cover unless I get paid nearly double what I’m making now, lol.
What would happen if we implemented CCUS?? lol
Since nothing has changed at this point, you'd just say, "Nothing's happening," right?
From management's perspective, on what grounds are they asking for a raise??
I believe there needs to be a reason for a pay raise.
We need things like, “I got my ○○ certification, so my pay went up by ○○ yen!” or “I’ve learned how to do ○○, so my pay went up!”
I don't know why, but there's no way they'd give us a raise.
We have people here whose salaries went up even though they failed (which resulted in losses for the company)—and I think it’s important to remember that.
The point is that there must be a clear reason for raising or lowering a salary.
Even so, it’s totally ridiculous to think, “I’ll get a raise just because I registered for CCUS,” lol. (You’ve got nothing to gain from registering—it’ll only hurt you.)
When the CCUS first arrived, it was white.
You can see that the top part of the card is white, right?

Level 1: White
Level 2: Blue
Level 3: Silver
Level 4: Gold
It appears that you can register and update your qualifications and work history during the "White" stage.
By the way,Since there are no slope structures, we're using white as the main color. Is that right? lol
That said, even if I changed the color of this, it wouldn't really matter as long as my salary stays the same, right?
[CCUS Portal] Competency Assessment Areas and Where to Apply
For example, if an Enta employee allows a Gold Card holder onto the premises,
If the contract price ends up being 1.2 times the estimate, is there a chance they'll use nothing but gold??
I think the company will also do everything it can to get employees to obtain it.
However, the current situation hasn't changed, and
Once they realized gold was going to be used on-site, the general contractor probably thought, “If we ask the government office to make a design change because the subcontractor is using gold, that would change things, lol.”
That's not very realistic, is it? lol
It does give you an advantage to include a core technician at the bidding stage, though.
That's a different matter from salary, isn't it?

Personally, I'm all for gradually raising salaries!
I want to keep raising it higher and higher.
I, too, hope that this will enrich people’s lives and help them live a little better.
However, capital is essential for that, and without it, nothing can be done.
Employees only make money when the company makes a profit.
Money always flows from the top down; the opposite is impossible.
Government (Government Agency) → General Contractor → Subcontractor
Unless the government steps up and provides substantial funding, we won't see any benefits.
We’ll be keeping a close eye on the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism’s future moves!
To do that,
Let's level up our CCUS card!!
Just make sure you're prepared in case someone asks you about the color of the card at any time!!
We are a public utility.
It doesn't matter whether the government's policy is right or wrong.
Since public works projects are driven by national policy, we have no choice but to follow it, lol.
It may seem like a waste of time, but even if it's a hassle, you should still do it.
That is how we are preparing for the future.
Let's level up our cards!!
I have absolutely no idea which field slope construction falls under, but I'll look into it again.
See you later.
