Under the information reporting system, skilled workers who feel they are not being paid a fair wage will be able to voluntarily report such cases.
Skilled workers who wish to file a report must enter their salary as shown on their pay stubs, as well as their self-reported number of workdays and hours and work experience, into the reporting system.
I think this is going to be huge.
To begin with, subcontractors receive work from the prime contractor and pay wages to their employees.
That means that if the prime contractor’s payment is lower, the employees’ salaries will naturally be lower as well.
A system designed to report that to the authorities (the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism)!!!
To begin with, I think there are very few subcontractors that follow the same budgeting methods as major companies.

Currently, the standard labor rate for slope work in Aichi Prefecture is 34,000 yen.
At major companies, the budget for subcontractor labor costs is currently calculated at around 28,000 to 30,000.
Could it even be calculated at 25,000 if it's considered extremely evil!?
This means that, inevitably, 10 to 20 percent is deducted from the labor cost rate right from the start.
