Prevention Through Handwashing, Gargling, Eating, and Sleeping | Health Management

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

The other day, we finally had an employee come down with Type A flu! lol

Influenza

I've been in quarantine in one of the dorm rooms for the past few days lol

Since getting sick is unavoidable, I’ll be taking some time off, but those around me need to take precautions. (Those who aren’t infected)

First things first: humidify!

That's what you're thinking, right?

However, there are findings that suggest this might actually be pointless.

Well, these days, what’s considered common sense now might not be in the future, but I think it’s a good idea because humidifying the room makes it warmer, lol.

I recommend it because humidifying the air helps relieve a sore throat a little.

Also, if you place chlorine disulfide products near the bathroom and kitchen, I think they’ll disinfect anything they come into contact with as well as the air around them.

According to data from the National Consumer Affairs Center, personally, I think...CleveringerIt seemed like a good idea.

That's because products like this tend to have a pretty strong smell.

If I stay in that space for too long, I start to get a headache.

However, since I’m going to the trouble of installing it, I’d prefer to see at least some benefit from it, so if the data above is accurate, I guess it has decent performance?

That's what I thought. It evaporates as quickly as possible and doesn't have much of a smell.

*As for performance, I'm not really sure what to make of it.
Depending on the situation, it might just be a placebo effect—or maybe it's all in my head? lol

Other than that, just the basics...It starts with handwashing, and gargling after rinsing your mouth is important. That's right.

It is these simple actions that help prevent the spread of infection.

Hand Washing and Gargling

And,SleepingThat's it!

After all, during cold weather, the body uses energy specifically to generate heat.

It's called homeostasis. (The tendency to maintain a constant temperature.)

That’s why I get tired more easily than in the summer, and my immune system tends to be a little weaker because of the cold.

You'll also be more prone to catching colds.

That's exactly why: Eat! Sleep!

Please make sure to follow these instructions thoroughly!

It’s nice to go out for a drink here every once in a while—it helps relieve stress and brings people together, lol.

See you later.
