Starting today, I'm off on a 2-night, 3-day business trip to Tokyo and Yokohama lol
That said, since this is just an estimate based on the survey, it’s more like, “Let’s go back, draw up the plans, finalize the design, and then see what you think.”
What's more, all three projects are private construction projects, and they all use the Moldam method we've been using recently.

We've been receiving a lot of inquiries lately, so we're traveling to various prefectures to conduct surveys.
Although the construction work itself is relatively simple, I get the impression that there are quite a few tricky spots on-site.
The thing is, it's pretty cramped, lol. It's not impossible, but it's definitely cramped.
And there's a pretty good chance it's swollen.
Given this current situation, since we’ve been asked to find a solution, we’ll consider options—including the use of rebar insertion—as part of the design process.
Since the Moldam method is strictly a surface treatment method, it is not effective against slipping.
While it is effective for compressive forces, it is not effective against shear forces, so it is often used in conjunction with rebar inserts.

Last time, there was already some bulging, and ideally I would have liked to pour a little more concrete around the rebar, but since this was the minimum required, I lowered the safety factor.
Well, to be honest, there’s really no need to go as high as 1.2 in public, but I guess it’s just for our own peace of mind (or ego), lol.

After all, since we're going by car, it's really tough lol

Surveys are everything in private construction projects. Unlike public works projects, there are almost no blueprints. There are also almost no design changes.
If I mess this up, I'll be heading straight into the red, so I'll make sure to double-check everything lol.
