Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.

Where is the entrance to the civil engineering (slope stabilization) section?
A parent's job?
My senior's job?
About the School?
Hello Work?
Is it admiration based on what I see at work?
A commercial for a general contractor?
Right now, our industry really isn't attracting any new people. (Especially subcontractors.)
That's because I think it might be hard to tell where the entrance is.
Well, behind the scenes, the "3K"—"hard, dirty, and dangerous"—still exist!
Things have improved quite a bit recently, though.
We're still influenced by that tagline—the person who came up with it has committed a major sin in our eyes, lol.

What kind of gateway do we adults need to create to get young people to come in?
I think that we small and medium-sized enterprises (subcontractors) should be targeting career changers rather than new graduates.
New graduates tend to go to major general contractors or prime contractors, right?
Shouldn't we shine a spotlight on those who have quit?
Sure, a young, fresh-faced girl would be nice, but that’s a pretty high bar to clear—it’s pretty tough.
This is especially true for construction companies.
So, how can we show the way in to those job seekers who feel they don’t fit in at big companies or are tired of the mountain of paperwork involved in applying to them!?
If we show a side that the big companies don't have, we'll get about one person a year. (It's better than nothing, lol.)
Naturally, that could be the salary, the lack of overtime, or the lack of interpersonal relationships, and so on.
Let's really showcase the benefits of being a subcontractor!
A common mistake is when companies fail to narrow down their target audience.
Even the way they post job openings is just something like, “No civil engineering experience required—we welcome everyone!”
With this, it's like "anyone will do," so it doesn't resonate with anyone!
"Anyone is welcome to come, but it's fine if no one shows up, lol."
What is a cutting writing style?
For example, "Seeking civil engineers tired of working for big companies" or "For those who want to become skilled craftsmen"? lol
Try writing a job title that’s extremely specific.

There's definitely someone out there who'll love it!
The way the entrance is presented is with an extreme tagline, lol.
I think it would be a good idea to try writing content tailored specifically for those platforms—such as websites, social media, or blogs.
This is just an example, but on the Internet,
Social Media = Flyer Ads (Which Get Thrown Away One After Another)
Blog = A sign or chalkboard in front of a store (with detailed information)
Website = Store
So the plan is to give out lots of them on social media to get people to come to the store, lol.
Also, please make sure to register with Hello Work.
By doing so, we can expect a synergistic effect.
Let’s get as many people as possible to join your companies—and ours, too—so we can really energize the construction industry!
See you later.
P.S. We are currently recruiting for slope stabilization projects like the ones listed below in Aichi, Nagano, and Tokyo!
I just love slopes! Slopes are all I know about at work!
I'm sick of doing nothing but menial work! This company is boring! The future looks bleak here!
There are nothing but old people at this company! The foreman is arrogant! The president is an idiot!
My boss is incompetent! And the office clerk—who’s a relative—is arrogant!
I've had enough! My salary is way too low!
I'd like to check out other companies, too!
I Want to Know Everything About Slope Stabilization!
