Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.

To all major general contractors!
Have you heard of the Zenken style?
Is it possible that you only know about certain GS or BDy?
Aren't you just using systems that are convenient for your company?
Are you thinking, “It’s only natural that it works that well, right!?”
We subcontractors use these systems exactly as the general contractor tells us to, but,
Isn't it about time we standardized this?
Even though they talk about “Construction DX,” we subcontractors are told to use all sorts of systems—and so we do.
Of course, we're addressing that.
But do you really think things are getting simpler, or is it just that we’re having to deal with more of them?
Our workload is definitely increasing!
Can't the higher-ups just talk it out among themselves?
I just want you to understand that when the higher-ups emphasize uniqueness (even if it’s just in safety documentation), it makes things incredibly difficult for those of us on the front lines.
Don't you think it's kind of silly that we're constantly entering the same information into similar systems over and over again?
Do general contractors think that as long as their own company is doing well, that's all that matters?
It's about time,At this rate, construction DX won’t move forward!I think it’s okay if someone comes along who thinks that.
I want people to realize that while general contractors seem to be moving forward with construction DX, they actually aren’t!
I wish major general contractors would implement a system where you only have to enter the list of workers and other permits once a year!
And I think there would be more companies willing to use it if you could provide it to us subcontractors for free.
If we tagged and rated subcontractors by specialty within that system, I think each general contractor would be able to instantly find the contractors that best suit their needs.
Wouldn't it be a good idea for each general contractor to evaluate their respective subcontractors and share that information with one another?

With the number of construction companies on the decline these days, rather than general contractors competing with each other for projects,
I think it would be best to share contractors on a case-by-case basis (whenever the job site needs them), don't you think?
I think that would really accelerate our digital transformation—what do you think?
Even if the systems are different, it would be easier to just export and import the data, wouldn't it? (Logically speaking.)
That was a request from Slope-ya Enta lol
See you later.
