When you hear that, what comes to mind?

Well, in our industry, a supervisor would typically be a sprayed mortar applicator, right?
Methods for protecting slopes (cliffs) includeCurrent StatusThis is a construction method designed to prevent collapse.
For example, sprayed mortar. It helps prevent weathering caused by rain and wind.
This is a sprayed vegetation substrate application for slope surface protection.
Drainage boreholes and collection wells are the same.
This is a containment measure that uses palliative construction methods to prevent the current condition from worsening.
The same applies to rebar installers.
That's slope protection, isn't it?
So, what about ground anchor construction?
This is a construction method designed to stop a mountain that is about to move or is currently moving.
That's a retaining wall, isn't it? There are also large-diameter pile foundations and other methods.
We often install both restraint systems and deterrent systems together.
The photo above shows a lath-and-plaster installation.

Well, I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the design either, but it's just anchor work.

After installing the zabuton frames, we installed the ground anchors, and that completed the work.
Even though the mountain itself is being eroded more and more by the rain? Are you really not going to do anything about it???
That's the design.
On top of that, the design calls for assembling the rebar without lath and using a "zabuton" formwork method...
Well, it’s not that we couldn’t have done it, but since having it makes it blend in better with the mountain landscape and improves workability, we decided to install it ourselves.
It'll be over once the ground anchor work is done, so it's pretty easy, lol.
I've heard that engineers' skills have been declining lately.
Well, I suppose it has something to do with government funding, but if they're going to do it anyway, I'd like them to do it right.
I just hope that, after the anchors are installed, the back of the pressure plate doesn't get washed away, causing the tensile force to be relieved.
Let's at least do some sprayed mortar, okay?
It would be a real problem if the area where we took corrective measures were to collapse, wouldn't it!
