Have you ever noticed cultural differences?
Lately, I've been working with Vietnamese technical interns every day.
They're extremely talented, and even though they've only been here for about seven months, their Japanese is improving by leaps and bounds!
I've gotten quite good at communicating now.
Right now, I'm teaching those kids how to install ground anchors.
And now we are able to build cement slurry plants to perfection.
I'm starting to think it might be time for surgery.
We hope that both of them will be able to undergo surgery by next year.
They often like to get naked.
When I take a break, I get naked.
Since this is Japan, after all, they’re telling us to wear shirts.
However, that's not the issue here.
On the ride home, I take off my shoes and socks and go barefoot, but,
My feet just stink!
It really does smell absolutely awful.
And even when it's just the two of them, they try to sit in the back seat. (I don't know why.)
A strong smell of feet is wafting over from behind...
Well, it's hell, isn't it?
For regular shoes and the like, you can just use the ones from my previous post.
If you have smelly feet, try this! Highly recommended!!
Oh, so this is what a cultural difference is like...
So, I looked it up online, and apparently Vietnamese people take their shoes off right away!! lol
Since it's a hot country, I mostly wear sandals.
Apparently, unlike in Japan, they don't have the custom of wearing shoes all the time.
If you look it up online, you'll find stuff like "Vietnamese people take their clothes off right away," lol.
To think you can sense cultural differences through foot odor...
That smell really brings back some memories, doesn't it? lol
