I've been going to the dentist for treatment since last month.
My back tooth got ruined by gum disease, and now the bone has dissolved and it's wobbly lol
Take a look at this CT scan—you can see half of the root of my back tooth, lol.
This isn't something to laugh about,It really does come out of nowhere!
I've actually been pretty careful about taking care of my teeth.
I used to get my teeth cleaned at the dentist once every three months.
All of a sudden, my tooth started wobbling, and I was told I have periodontal disease, so I'm currently undergoing treatment.
What's the cause? Personally, I think it's a "lack of technical skills."
What follows are entirely my personal thoughts.

I think getting a second opinion is important, but,
If the initial treatment plan (what we call the initial design) is wrong, there’s a chance that no matter what we do later, we won’t be able to correct it.。
In terms of slope engineering, this is like driving anchors or installing drainage systems based on incorrect geological survey data regarding the geology or the groundwater level.
No matter how carefully the work is done, if the construction method or installation location is wrong, it will collapse when it’s bound to collapse.
Could it be that the reason you can't find anything even when you're inspecting is that you're looking in the wrong places to begin with?
Personally, I think the initial diagnosis and treatment plan were fundamentally flawed. (Just my opinion, lol.)
Dentists Are Currently Facing a Wave of Bankruptcies
Dentists used to be said to be “more numerous than convenience stores.”

Since there are about 55,641 convenience stores, it seems there are actually more dentists!

If we include those that have closed, suspended operations, or dissolved, even more dentists have disappeared from the market.

These are times when even doctors are scared.

Isn't it the same for slope contractors and civil engineers?
I felt that the story about the dentist followed exactly the same pattern.
These days, even slope maintenance contractors won't get called in unless they have the right skills.
Contractors who don't have the necessary equipment or are reluctant to adopt new construction methods are being phased out of the field one after another.
As I’ve mentioned many times on my blog, bankruptcies in the construction industry have been rising rapidly since 2024, haven’t they!
Among these, in addition to “rising prices,” “labor shortages,” and “difficulties finding successors,”
Lack of Construction CapacityIt seems there are also a growing number of cases where companies find themselves caught in a vicious cycle of extended project timelines and increased outsourcing.
Personally, I think things will get even tougher from here on out.

They quietly fade away, left behind by incompetent contractors
Whether it's a dentist or a slope engineer, they're all cut from the same cloth.
Contractors who lack skill, don't have the right equipment, or don't study or work hard will disappear before you know it.
The bone around my back tooth will never go back to the way it was. (Poor thing.)

That means we can't just pretend it never happened.
If your initial assessment is wrong, it's pretty tough to make up for it later.

Be sure to thoroughly clean between your teeth with dental floss.
That thing isn't just for threading a string through.
Apparently, you're supposed to move it up, down, left, and right to target the gaps between your gums!
