Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
I imagine quite a few people are already on Golden Week break.

I'm working as usual lol
The company is open for business on the 1st and 2nd as well.
Traffic jams are the worst, aren't they?
We're working, and the traffic jams during Golden Week are the worst lol
It can't be helped, lol
But that's beside the point.
For the past month, my tooth has been...Tooth SensitivityWhat?!
Well, I'm getting on in years, so all sorts of things are happening to my body lol
Anyway, when I went to the dentist, they told me that my jawbone had receded and that it was a little swollen.
They said there was nothing that could be done about this, and if it continued to cause pain, the only option would be to remove the nerve.
From there, I tried all sorts of things.
First, I stopped using my favorite electric toothbrush!
The reason is that it might be too intense.
And switch to a manual toothbrush!
That's when I come across a toothbrush and toothpaste that make me think, "I've got to try this—it's the best!" lol
Here it is

This toothbrush and toothpaste!!!!
Premium Care Toothbrush, 7-Row Regular, Standard
This toothbrush is the best!
It's just so big that you can really scrub the area right in the middle of your upper and lower teeth!
You can thoroughly brush even the periodontal pockets in your gums!
And here's the toothpaste
Matsukaze Merage Hiscare As Soft Mint with 1450 ppm Fluoride
It said this was good for tooth sensitivity, so I tried it, and after two weeks, the sensitivity has eased up quite a bit.
I've never had any dental problems before, but they're actually pretty annoying!
It's surprisingly hard not being able to enjoy your food, isn't it?
Always worrying about my teeth...
I learned how important teeth are lol
I usually go in for a checkup once every three months, but I’ve heard that the bone around your teeth can recede as you age...
It doesn't seem to be periodontal disease, so I plan to keep massaging my gums and flossing as I have been.
You often see middle-aged guys with missing teeth out and about, but please try to go to the dentist as much as possible!
I don't want people to think I'm not taking care of myself just because I'm missing a tooth, you know? lol
It is also said that losing teeth can lead to a decline in physical strength and mental faculties.
Let's all take good care of our teeth, too ^^
See you later.
