Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.

The photo above shows our young gunslinger!
At 21, I’ve finally completed my first job as a “gunman” (spray machine operator)!!
What's more, we were using the reverse-spin method to install the rebar, but
I also operated that crawler-type rotary percussion machine.
I've now learned to operate the machinery on my own, from spraying to drilling.
I've been with the company for a little over two years.

The drilling operation shown above is being performed by a Vietnamese technical intern in his third year.
He’s measuring the drilling length; he’s in his fourth year as a technical intern, loves nozzles, and enjoys spray coating, but,
We can handle everything from drilling operations to plant construction.
At our company, young employees with six months to two years of experience are making a big impact!
Those of us who are 40 or older, myself included, keep an eye on the entire site we're in charge of, while
Take full responsibility for the work performed by young people
Doing so will help young people work with enthusiasm.
I'll take responsibility! I'll leave the work to the young people.
I believe this is the future of the construction industry.
Is it that the construction industry has always been dominated by old guys (middle-aged men in their 40s) who take center stage too much?
That made me wonder.

It’s true that people in their 40s are said to be in their prime working years, but,
Actually, I wonder if we shouldn’t be working for the young people rather than for our own side.
By doing so, young people grow rapidly, gain a variety of experiences early on, and, as a result, their effectiveness on the job improves dramatically.
The project that just wrapped up also had a team made up mainly of young people, and it seems they were able to complete it efficiently and safely.
The person in charge will provide explanations regarding safety, quality, and the production process as needed.
Other than that, they'll take care of the work.
They'll think it over and make arrangements for the coming days.
That’s something we would never have done back when we were young, isn’t it?
But I think this approach is better suited to the times we live in.
That’s exactly why our young employees grow faster than those at other companies.
It takes time to teach everything perfectly, down to the smallest details, but,
Even so, it’s wonderful that you can do the spraying and drilling all by yourself.
Once you’ve gained a certain level of proficiency in construction work, the next step is construction management.
But since I’ve been guiding them through the construction process all along, I think it’ll go smoothly lol
I'm really looking forward to seeing them lead the new employees in the future.
Eventually, we’d like to take it upon ourselves to nurture the young people who will one day put us old guys to good use ^^
*Though, I do hope it’s a company where, even if the guy takes responsibility, he doesn’t end up getting the short end of the stick lol
I don't think we can change our growth rate unless we're that kind of company!
I'm really amazed by how fast young people grow up.
We will continue to provide guidance to ensure that we build structures of high quality while prioritizing safety!
See you later
(I guess I ended up bragging about our employees, lol)
