How do you go about teaching your junior colleagues or subordinates at work?
Of course, you're not saying something stupid like "just watch and learn," are you?? lol
Personally, I think taking someone by the hand and guiding them step by step is the quickest way.
I believe it’s more efficient to explain, demonstrate, have them try it, and then let them think it through.
At the end of the day, in our industry, it's all about experience!
In this profession, those with experience lead the way.
We gain experience, make mistakes, and gain more experience.
I think repeating this process helps build confidence.
If you can communicate effectively, students will learn faster, and it will make things easier for the teacher as well.
Most of our technical interns are doing the bulk of the work.
I think this is proof that our employees are successfully passing on their skills.
And above all, they seem to really enjoy their work.
I think this is another tip for effectively communicating about your work.
You wouldn't want to learn the ropes from someone who's always scary and yells at you when you make a mistake, would you?
An environment where failure is not allowed is an environment where people cannot grow.That's it!
It’s not like everything can be all gentle, but when I do scold, it’s because it’s dangerous!
Other than that, there's really nothing much going on, you know~
Sure, there's a good chance I'll get in trouble if the company suffers major losses, but,
If that's the result of trying my hardest, I guess I'll just have to turn a blind eye, lol (so sad).
