This time, I spoke on the topic, “Revealing the Benefits of Sharing Information!”
You guys are on YouTube, and I'm a blogger, but in terms of sharing information, I guess we're pretty much the same, aren't we?

It's actually surprisingly easy to put out content, but keeping it up is tough, isn't it? (Blog hell, lol)
However, the importance of sharing this information touches on a variety of aspects.
Take recruitment, for example.
Let's say you went to the public employment office and looked up your company.
If the company didn't have a website at that time, I wouldn't know anything about it.
The information provided by Hello Work alone isn't enough.
That's why job seekers move on to the next company (no one will join a company they know nothing about or don't understand).
Having a website is also convenient for providing accurate location information to visitors to your company, and
A list of the machinery you own makes it easier for the general contractor to choose, doesn't it?
If possible, I think it would be a good idea to include your website and social media, as well as YouTube.
Who on earth would watch something like that?
People often say that, but it’s only people who are interested in that company who actually look at it.
People who already know about it don't need to watch it, so I won't (lol) (Well, duh)
It's important to make sure that those who are already interested become even more interested.
As Director Jou mentioned, employees’ parents or other relatives might be watching.
When I post on social media, I get comments pointing out unsafe behavior, construction methods, and all sorts of other things. (I do have to be a little careful, lol.)
But it's definitely better to do it than not to!
Even if it's not perfect, an amateurish look is just fine.
It doesn't have to be perfect—as long as the main point comes across, that's fine. (Or even if it doesn't, lol.)
On the other hand, websites that are too elaborate or packed with too much information might be seen as misleading, lol.
Let's all share information—just in moderation.
