Real Entertainment's Slope Management Seminar is currently in its 11th session

Following up on the other day, I appeared on the YouTube channel of Yu, an electronics YouTuber, again today lol

Well, to be honest, it's just a story about me, a blogger named Enta, taking part in your four YouTube collaboration videos! lol

 

Since everyone really loves the construction industry, I’m constantly figuring out how best to get that message across to young people!

In this episode, we’re talking about the benefits and appeal of the construction industry.

What do you think?

How would you convey the appeal of the construction industry to today’s young people?

 

I think this is a very difficult issue.

But why am I in the construction business?

 

Is it because I've been doing it since I was young?

Is it because this is the only job I know?

Was it run by a relative?

Did a friend invite you?

School placement?

A referral from Hello Work?

 

I think people work for all sorts of reasons.

With that in mind, why are you in the construction business?

Are you still working in the construction industry?

 

It's a job that feels like a form of training—hot in the summer and cold in the winter, lol.

I wonder why?

The Courage to Speak Up

I think that's what makes the construction industry so rewarding.

Structures built step by step, come rain or shine!

It is generally said that the service life of public structures is about 50 years.

It will likely remain until the time we die.

 

When it comes to passing that on to the generations that come after us,

We need to communicate its appeal in more concrete terms!

Let's be sure to communicate both the good and the bad!

That’s how our industry will continue to grow.

 

And let's take some time to think about what makes things appealing, too ^^
