It's not ideal, but the truth is, if the design consultants and the contractors get along well, they'll probably be able to create something better.

I came across this legal framework for the first time in a while! It’s definitely over-engineered!!!

 

The reason is that while the installation of the formwork went smoothly, rebar was subsequently inserted into it.

Well, that’s just how it goes with standard construction on steep slopes, but the hill is low and there’s no mountain behind it, lol.

 

Basically, the mountain itself is just a thin layer.

Despite that, the rebar was inserted 4.0 meters—and this is the third time this year, lol.

The soil is clay, and since there are no mountains behind it, I’m wondering, “Does that mean it’s prone to landslides??”

Why did they design it this way...

 

When I think, "Did this actually pass the audit??" I realize it's just a prefectural audit.

Well, it turned out to be some pretty over-the-top construction work to deal with the steep slope, lol.

It happens from time to time.

A design with luxurious features.

And for some reason, we just couldn't change this to a proper design, lol

It might be profitable for the companies involved, but I just can't help feeling a little skeptical about it.

On the other hand, there are some sites where this design is well thought out, and others where you just think, “This is a problem.”

It’s really amazing how they come up with designs from scratch, isn’t it?

For us contractors, it’s actually kind of easy because we just carry out the construction based on the site as it is and the existing plans.

And anyway, you can just say, “It’s the design’s fault—” and, depending on the situation, you can just make a design change.

 

Actually, I think the design and construction teams could get along a lot better, don't you think?

We've always had this kind of微妙 distance between us—neither too close nor too far apart, lol.

These days, I kind of feel like it might be okay for them to collaborate on something... (Though that's a different story when it comes to major companies, lol.)

However, since there’s a very real possibility that they could become fused together, wouldn’t it be better to keep them separate after all!?

After all, it wouldn't work without both of us, so I hope we can move forward while respecting each other.
