I just found out the other day that a Nepalese guy who just started working here at the end of last year is really good at making kote lol

It's only been a few months since I joined, but I'm amazed at how much I've improved!

I was a little worried because almost all of the second-year Vietnamese students are returning home this year, but,

It seems to be going surprisingly well, so I'm a little relieved.

I think this is proof that the Japanese and Vietnamese teachers are really reliable!

And the Vietnamese leader from the first cohort, who’s in charge of the nozzle, is as skilled as ever—he’s really been a huge help.

He, as the team leader, says he plans to switch to the Specific Skilled Worker visa next year and work hard for 10 years.

He said he'd like to invite his wife, if possible.

I really hope he can somehow get his wife and kids to come over here and help him out.

It has also become necessary to find out whether that is even possible.

If that happens, I think they’ll be able to work with peace of mind, and I think their motivation will go up, too.

I really want to do something to help.

I think the best thing about our company is that the employees really get along well with each other.

I don't really get involved myself, lol, but,

They say they get along well themselves, so I guess it's not a lie, lol.

We're chatting in a friendly atmosphere, using our broken Japanese.

It's so comforting to see things like that, isn't it? ^^

It doesn't matter whether you're Japanese or a foreigner.

Everyone gets along so well!

We get a lot of work done and get along great, so it's the best.

That's really nice of them.

When a team gets along well, the pace at which they move forward also,

Since it's both safe and stable, I think this must be the top speed.

A team where everyone complements each other is the best.
