How do you approach critical project management (in high-pressure situations)?

1. Which one is the primary trade?

2. Which type of work takes the longest?

3. How do these trades relate to one another?

4. Distance from machinery? (It’s dangerous if heavy machinery is in the work area.)

5. Where to Start?

That's what you'd think, right?

Let's say that once construction began, coordination with other trades didn't go smoothly, so work was started here and there.

This happens all the time.

It made me wonder, “Were they actually managing the process right after the contractors moved in??”...

After all, if you time your boarding wrong, you might end up just standing around waiting~

Even if we end up working on a few different things here and there, I think we’ll be able to pull it off as long as we keep a close eye on the process and make the necessary adjustments.

The important thing is, which part should you finish first?

What is the critical issue at our current worksite?

Where should we focus our efforts during construction to ensure the next phase goes smoothly?

All we can do is keep these things in mind, check our daily material usage, and plan ahead.

Processes like this, where we're under tight deadlines, are difficult.

But we just have to keep at it, one step at a time, so let's do our best!
