Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.

The other day, there was an employee at the office, so I was watching them, and—
People who work alone
People who work in pairs
People who work in large groups
...was there.
Technical interns tend to do the work they’re capable of, and they tend to work with someone else whenever possible.
The reason is that work you don't know about isn't really work.
That's why you act as if someone else's work were your own.
Until it eventually comes to be recognized as my job.
However, the problem is that they don't realize that having two people do it causes productivity to drop significantly.
Basically, having two people do a job that one person could handle just makes the second person pretty much useless lol
If you send 10 people to a job site where 5 would be enough, you'll probably end up with 3 people who aren't needed.
Those three people are either just standing there blankly, or
You know how it is—you just take it easy and work on those tasks that you can do if you feel like it, but don't have to, right?

There is an optimal number of people for any job. That's the point.
Some tasks are done faster with two people, while others result in fewer mistakes when done alone.
A task that’s more efficient when done by five people, plus two more.
Having unnecessary people on staff means we're losing money on the job site.
As we discussed last time, too much turnover leads to higher losses.
This Is the Type of Construction Work Site Supervisors Hate the Most!
It's easier to understand if you calculate it as the number of losses multiplied by the standard unit price ^^
The point is that having the right number of people in the right positions is important.
When each person works diligently while still having a little leeway, there are fewer accidents, efficiency is higher, and productivity is greater.
After all, we're only human, so it's natural to think, at first glance, that it's better to have a lot of people around.
But in reality, it's full of waste and nothing but problems!
To do that, you need to think for yourself and determine the appropriate number of people, and
A supervisor should not focus solely on their own work, but rather keep an eye on their surroundings and direct the work accordingly.
Please try to consider whether there are too many people assigned to the task.
In this day and age, if there’s a surplus of staff, it’s actually a good idea to let them take paid time off.
Let's encourage them to take their paid time off as often as possible ^^
Finding the best solution for the job is part of the job,
If you are a manager (supervisor), in particular, you should determine the optimal number of staff and plan your staffing with some flexibility.
See you later.
