A massive landslide occurred on a slope along a highway under construction in Colombia!
For a collapse, this is quite a large one.
The photos taken with drones are amazing, aren't they?
I'd like to see some photos taken from a better angle, though.

It's rare to have two drilling machines; it feels like there's barely one, doesn't it?
I wonder if this is a ground anchor construction site?
At first, I heard a sharp "pop," so I thought, "Is that a rock bolt?" but,
The top part has the steel wires sticking out? So does that mean it hasn't been tensioned yet?
The collapsed soil feels pretty loose, doesn't it?
The collapse seems to be quite deep, so it feels like the anchor itself isn't reaching all the way to the bottom.
It’s like, “Well, with the anchors not holding and the whole thing weighed down by pressure plates and such, of course it’s going to collapse!”—that’s the feeling, right?
Well, I don't know the exact details, but it seems the collapse happened five days ago.
I just hope no one gets caught up in this.

When I looked at construction sites in other countries, I found myself thinking, “If it were us (Japanese slope contractors), we could do a much better job,” lol.

Most compressors are either Ingersoll Rand (the world's leading compressor manufacturer) or Atlas Copco, aren't they?
There were so many places where I wondered, “Is this slope shape really going to hold up?”—and I was actually impressed that it’s holding up so well lol.
I wonder if concrete pressure plates are the standard these days...
I'm curious about the world-building, especially since I wasn't as nervous as I usually am about Sakamaki.
I'd love to get called to a site like that, lol.
