Protecting Your Eyes from UV Rays on the Job | Preventing Sun-Induced Fatigue

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

I got really sunburned at the sports day the other day. Haha

I usually wear long sleeves, so it's not a problem, but T-shirts just won't work.

My sunburn...

And, above all, I'm extremely exhausted.

When you get a sunburn,

1. Dehydration

2. Internal Stress

Apparently, that makes your body tired.

Since I work long hours, I absolutely can't get a tan.

It's already hot enough to drain your energy, so you don't want to get even more worn out from sunburn, do you?

However, there are actually some areas that aren't protected.

It's the eye.

Of course, you also need to be careful about sunburn and UV rays affecting your eyes.

It seems that clear sunglasses with UV protection are the best option, if possible.

Apparently, wearing dark sunglasses causes your pupils to dilate, making it easier for your eyes to absorb UV rays.

That means it’s probably better for your health to wear (clear) sunglasses all year round.

Especially for those 40 and older, lol

See you later.
