October has turned into a total mess because some unexpected things have come up, but,All of us here will do our best!

Today is the elementary school sports day!
My role is to serve as the emcee for the PTA sports day.
It's extremely difficult to manage this many people. There are roughly 900 of them.
After all, we need to manage things within a reasonable set of rules.
This is true on-site as well; if we can operate strictly within certain rules, things will move along more quickly there.
However, acting outside the rules could affect others and, as a result, lead to delays.
We at Norimenya usually carry out construction work as a team.
Since very few people work entirely on their own, certain rules are necessary for a team to reach its full potential.
In a reasonably experienced team, there are unspoken rules.
That's the team's progress.
Conversely, if the rules within the team are not clear, efficiency will suffer and the project is more likely to fall behind schedule.
In the worst-case scenario, it could even lead to an accident.
Establishing certain rules within the team to coordinate the overall process and ensure rapid construction will reduce risks and increase speed.
