Do you trust your employees, your boss, and your coworkers? Can you rely on them?

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

Do you trust people?

Believe

What about business owners?

Do your company's president and management trust you?

How do you feel when you interact with them?

I tend to believe things pretty easily, lol.

As a general principle,Proponents of the Theory of Innate GoodnessYeah, lol

(The doctrine of innate goodness is an ethical and moral theory that holds that human nature is fundamentally good; it is a central concept, particularly within mainstream Confucianism.)

It’s not that I’m a Confucian, but I do hope that’s the case.

That’s exactly why, no matter how much someone may have betrayed me, I want to believe in the possibility that they’re moving toward goodness.

Well, I do get tricked by this quite a bit and end up being laughed at by the people around me. (But lately, I ask everyone for advice, so I'm fine!)

Even if I've been tricked, after a while I end up forgiving them.

Since I’m one of those who believe in the inherent goodness of human nature, I can’t help but think, “Maybe they’ve actually turned out to be decent people after all…”

Personally, I want to trust my employees 100%! And I do trust them.

Well, we're only human, so there are bound to be some minor discrepancies depending on how things are going on site or slight changes in mood.

嘘

Still, there are definitely some people out there who lie all the time, lol.

And he spouts obvious lies with ease.

I, too, used to be completely fooled by this lie, and there were many times when I later thought, “Wait, really?!”

Well, I’m a grown-up now, so I’ve been working on my ability to let things slide, and I don’t let myself get thrown off anymore, but,

I just didn't want the site to grind to a halt because of that stupid lie, lol (I feel like there are a lot of young people at the general contractor's office).

That said, when I was younger, I actually put my grandma in critical condition a few times lol

It’s especially frustrating when someone reports something that happened on-site in a way that makes it sound like they’re not at fault, isn’t it?

That used to happen back in the day, lol.

So, since we have complete confidence in them, even if a problem arises on-site,

Personally, I was just hoping the general contractor would handle it, lol.

Accuracy is absolutely essential when it comes to work reports, isn't it?

Field reports should prioritize the facts over self-preservationThat's the gist of it.

The God of Construction

Back in the day, there were a lot of people like that in the entertainment industry, so looking back now, I really feel like we managed to pull it off somehow.

Nowadays, I’ve been lucky enough to meet a wonderful person.

Even so, those unpleasant memories from the past still come back to me in flashbacks, don't they?

There are all sorts of things going on, but I’m the type of person who chooses to trust and forgive, so I intend to stick to that.

How about you all?

I'm sure you've had experiences like that—are you the type who can believe it? Or forgive it?

See you later.
