We are performing formwork installation for the foundation.

That said, it's just practice putting it together and taking it apart.

 

In any case, we'll focus on how to use Hacker.

Kids who are good at this can spin it in circles using just their wrists, without moving their elbows, but,

Usually, just hooking the cable ties is a struggle.

Out of the three this time, one has good looks and two are average, lol.

 

However, this is only true at the beginning; eventually, everyone will reach a level where they don't change.

Having a natural knack for something is important, but if you don't keep honing that knack, it will get rusty.

As is the case with anything, no matter how skilled you are, you’ll inevitably be overtaken by someone who works at it steadily.

Even if you're not very good, if you put in the effort, it's possible to surpass those who are better than you.

If you find yourself thinking, “No matter what I do, it just doesn’t work out,” the problem is that you’re not putting in the effort.

However, the good thing about people like that is,The fact that you know your own shortcomingsThat's it.

Since you know what not to do, if you just put in the right effort, you’ll get better and be able to do it.

Anyone who knows that but still doesn't do it is just being lazy.

 

The technical interns are so eager that they can't quite keep their hands steady, lol.

My impatience starts to show.

I'm working hard to get better quickly. And since I'm trying to make it look like I'm good at it, that makes it even harder.

First, I’ll focus on teaching you so you can definitely master the basics. (I’m a hacker, though, lol.)

 

With a 1,000-square-meter steel frame project coming up at the end of this month, this guidance will definitely come in handy.

And I think their skills will really take off once they get started on their first project.

I'm looking forward to three months from now.

 

I think it's wonderful to be able to see firsthand how people grow little by little.
