A Company with Fun Welcome Parties | The Culture at Homemaya

Hello, everyone

This is Enta.

The other day, we held a welcome party for three people from Vietnam and one from Japan.

It started with a Chinese restaurant in Iwakura, and by the time we ended up at a snack bar, I was totally wiped out lol

The Vietnamese kids seemed to be having a good time after drinking about two beers? (I don't understand the language, lol.)

I've been laughing nonstop—my jaw hurts, lol.

Anyway, I laughed. I laughed so hard I was holding my stomach.

It's great to have friends like this, isn't it?

We didn't talk about work at all—just silly stuff, lol.

We wrapped up at 3:00 a.m., then started tidying up and cleaning at the office at 9:00 a.m., and set up the TIG welder we had purchased earlier.

I was already feeling a bit wobbly by morning lol (I was working on paperwork lol)

TIG Welder

Now that we've acquired this welder, we'll be able to perform aluminum and stainless steel welding at Enta going forward.

(I'm not saying it'll turn out well.)

A little while ago.

Tomorrow is a little closer than today.

If we can gradually learn to do various things, that will lead to a brighter future, won't it?

I hope we can become that kind of company, lol.

Anyway, the welcome party was a blast!

It was a night when I decided to do my best so we can have another fun welcome party!

See you later.
