What Is the Difference Between Thick-Layer Substrate Spraying and Vegetation Substrate Spraying?

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

What is the difference between thick-layer substrate spraying and vegetation substrate spraying?

I actually saw that on Yahoo! Answers lol

Vegetation Engineer: Why Doesn't It Grow?

Does everyone understand?

Well, that goes without saying, but,It's exactly the same.

Starting about 15 years ago (in 2009), the term “thick-layer substrate spraying” has gradually been replaced by “vegetation substrate spraying.”

When we were young, we worked as spray applicators for thick-layer substrates.

But before I knew it, I was working as a vegetation substrate sprayer.

Well, I suppose it doesn't really matter either way when it comes to kanji, but it seems like they did it to make it easier to understand.

The base material is soil-based material.

Planting Medium

It's what's commonly known as leaf mold.

Thick-layer substrate spraying is a process in which a thick layer of substrate is sprayed onto a surface.

Well, it does sound like technical jargon.

With the vegetation substrate spraying method, it’s easy to visualize the process of spraying leaf mold—which serves as the foundation for the vegetation—onto the surface.

It doesn't really matter to us, but I guess you could say we did it to make it easier for young people and the next generation to understand.

I don't know who first used it or where, lol

If anyone knows, please let me know.

See you later.
