We’re facing the reality that unless we increase our customer base even further, we won’t be able to put our worries to rest!

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

Group Photo

Ever since we took that group photo the other day,

We have to attract more customers!

That reminded me, lol. Or rather, it really got me fired up!

Why, you ask?

To support 40 people, you'd need a fair number of customers, right?

With both good jobs and bad jobs out there, there’s no such thing as a free lunch where you get only the good ones.

Not every project is profitable, and not every project goes smoothly, right?

But now that I have a family like this, I feel like I really have to work hard or I'm in trouble, lol.

I can't really afford to be selfish, lol (not that I've ever really been that way, though).

Quantity is becoming more important than quality (in terms of the scope of work). (We compete on the basis of quality!)

Back in the day, I used to complain constantly about the lousy projects that the sales rep brought in.

Why did you bring us a project like this that doesn't turn a profit...

Now I really understand the challenges salespeople face.

I think a lot of people on the front lines don't really understand sales, but,

It's so hard to land a job! This is no joke.

Sales and Construction

And the pressure of having to keep employees busy when there's no work is immense (especially since I'm on the management side).

Saying you can't understand something unless you've experienced it yourself just shows a lack of imagination, lol.

To all general contractors across the country!

Want to do some slope work?

We'll handle all the construction work!

We can handle everything from design and cost estimation to construction and construction management!!

I'll go anywhere in the country! (As much as possible ^^)

If someone tells me to come see them, I'll go.

I look forward to working with you. (I'm really desperate, lol)

However, I will make sure the quality of my work never suffers!

See you later.
