Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
You know the expression “to get a big head,” right? lol
Are you getting a big head?
Have you ever gotten a big head?

I'm actually pretty level-headed, so it doesn't happen very often. And even when it does, everyone around me laughs at me, so I snap right back to normal lol.
On the other hand, there are some people who tend to get a big head, aren't there?
What does it mean to "get a big head"?
I had a really negative impression of it, but it’s actually not that bad, is it?
Getting good at something is so positive!
Once you gain confidence and get good at something, you start to feel like you can do anything.
That's really great, isn't it?
Personally, I like that sort of thing.
The sight of a young person who’s gotten a bit carried away learning more and more and growing.
On the other hand, if this were a guy in his 40s, it would be a little cringy, lol.
It’s like, “Why are you getting all cocky now?” lol
In that case, rather than calling them "Tengu," it would be more accurate to describe them as arrogant, naive, or selfish.
That's what people end up saying.
Well, I'm not saying it's not true, but it does make me wonder, "What have you been doing all this time?"
People like that are way cooler when they take their failures and successes in stride!

I think it's good to keep taking on new challenges while you're young, even if you fail along the way.
If your seniors step in to help, you can usually get through any mistakes you make when you're young.
Being middle-aged... it's tough, isn't it? You're on your own for everything. Even if you get crushed, lol.
In my case, too, I'm trying all sorts of new things at my own risk, lol.
It's less stressful that way. I'll get everyone else involved a little later.
You have to figure out when it's okay to get others involved first. Otherwise, you'll end up being the kind of adult who causes trouble for others lol.
It's okay to get a big head and make mistakes, so let's keep getting a big head and follow through!

However, there is one thing you absolutely must not do.
That isto cover upThat's it!
You absolutely must not make excuses or blame others.
People like that will definitely never grow. They take credit when things go well, but blame others when they go wrong. That’s absolutely outrageous.

"Oh well, no one's watching," or "I didn't tell anyone, so no one knows..."
The person in question is watching. They know everything themselves. Can you cover that up? Are you going to lie??
I believe that growth only comes when we report and disclose everything honestly, without holding anything back.
Whether a seed will grow or fail, they all look the same until you plant them, don't they? lol You don't know until they sprout.
Given my position, even if I fail, no one will say anything.
That’s why I make a point of posting about it on my blog. By doing so, I receive both criticism and words of encouragement from my seniors.
I believe that has contributed to my personal growth.
See you later.

That's a pretty unconventional way of thinking... Still, this picture is... lol
Thank you for your hard work.
Yeah, you're right. Let's get them fired up and help them grow like crazy! lol
I was looking for tengu and came across this—it was so funny lol
I'm glad it had a nice twist at the end! lol
