We're repairing the MG-10 grout pump, which has been acting up for a while.
That said, the problem is the motor's bearings.
Generally, when a motor malfunctions, it's because the bearings are worn out.
So, when I took it apart, sure enough, it was the bearing.
The inside was rusted, making it very difficult to turn, and there was some play, so I replaced it.
This alone is enough to get it working again.
There's an air-cooling fan on one side of the motor. It's really hard to remove, but,
Remove it using a puller along with the cover. That way, you can take it off without breaking it.
Since the motors in your company's machinery are also subject to wear and tear over time, it might be a good idea to check them.
Once this is fixed, it's time to change the oil in the box-type machine.
