The other day, for the first time in a while, I went to bed before midnight, and this morning I woke up at noon lol
I spent the day lounging around for the first time in a while, but now my back hurts as a result...
So this is what they mean when they say even sleeping takes energy, lol.

I taught them just once. (And I taught them thoroughly!)
We are able to get the work done with just Vietnamese staff.
People tend to think this is something amazing, but in reality, it’s actually quite normal.
It's just that we can't communicate, and that's the only reason the teacher can't teach.
To put it bluntly, it means that the Japanese teachers are the ones who are lacking.
I often hear people say things like, “Vietnamese people aren’t reliable,” or “What about the Chinese?”
That's not true.
They're just complaining and venting because they can't use it themselves—they're just trying to save face.
The people currently in Japan were selected after taking a number of exams and interviews.
In a sense, they are the elite.
At the same time, I’ll study Japanese, and by the time I return home after three years, I’ll be able to speak it to some extent.
Apparently, there are some people who aren't like that, though lol
Before you work with foreigners and start saying things like “Those guys are no good” or “This one is like this,” I think you’d be better off changing your own work (education) and the way you think about them.
The same is true for young Japanese people.
People who lack leadership skills will criticize their subordinates regardless of whether they are Japanese or foreign.
By criticizing others—in order to hide the fact that they themselves are incapable of educating others—they steer the Japanese people around them away from thinking about the issue that deeply.
If you see a foreigner acting that way, please replace the coach or reorganize the team.
That way, it’ll be easier for that foreigner to do their job, and they won’t have to get scolded for no reason.
As far as I know, foreigners are outstanding. (Writing something like this just shows how insignificant I am. I’m just lucky to have been born in Japan.)
They’re more versatile than craftsmen who are conceited about their own skills, and because their desire to understand comes first, they pick things up quickly.
The future direction of civil engineering in Japan is,Foreigners with a Japanese Spiritis to nurture them. (That's what I think, lol.)
If you think about it that way, shouldn't we be able to treat foreigners with the same respect as we do Japanese people?
Discrimination is a losing battle from the very start, so let’s always cherish a sense of equality to ensure we never become the kind of people who discriminate.
