I wonder just how severe the shortage of slope maintenance workers really is...
Everyone is complaining that no matter where they go, there's a labor shortage and operations aren't running smoothly.
Even so, things have gotten even more hectic since we switched to a two-day weekend, lol.
It's just one of those "when it rains, it pours" situations, lol.

But that's beside the point.
Yellow Rope
As I mentioned before, this is the first parent rope from Netis.

This is the Super Save Rope.
I picked this up the other day.
The construction methods used were as follows:
Ground Anchor Installation (Cushion Frame) · Load-Bearing Plate Installation · Mortar Spraying · Vegetation Substrate Spraying · Mat Laying
That's it.
I've pretty much covered all the slope stabilization work lol
This bright yellow has turned out like this.

It got a little thinner, lol.
I've been using it for about four months, so I guess this is what it looks like.
The mortar stains really stand out. But I guess that’s just something we have to put up with to some extent.
Ropes are consumables.That's why.
Other than that, I’d be happy if the general contractor earned bonus points for their ingenuity in using this rope...
We won't know the result until the very, very end.
It’s just a matter of asking how things went after the exam, but I’m sure everyone is curious to know whether it counts toward their score.
I know that some of you have probably already used it and earned bonus points, but I haven't yet.
As is the case with anything, it takes time to see results.
It takes time to see really good results. But the bad ones show up right away, lol.
After all, the most straightforward approach to achieving good results is through quality control and safety management.
But this is the most of a hassle and the most expensive, isn't it? lol
It's up to each person to decide which one to choose, but starting with something easy is one approach.
Creativity and ingenuity... I wrote that they become outdated.
It’s hard work to constantly come up with new ideas and innovations (the magic words used in government offices), but the joy you feel when they’re recognized is truly special.

I apologize for commenting on this post even though it’s unrelated to the blog’s content, but I have a question.
We are currently preparing a plan to conduct pull-out tests prior to rebar insertion work at a construction site where work is currently underway, and we are using the template on your website as a reference.
I entered the required information, but the calculated value differs from the design tensile force (kN/strand), and it appears that a load greater than the Td value will be applied. Is this a calculation error?
Or am I misunderstanding the design tensile force?

To get right to the point, when verifying pull-out resistance, the focus is strictly on confirming the τ value at the job site. (The same applies to anchor work.)
This test verifies the circumferential friction resistance values used in the design.
We will perform a pull-out analysis and verify whether the current design’s Td is safe.
Therefore, it differs from the Td specified in the current design.
If this were an acceptance test for a ground reinforcement method rather than a pull-out test, the maximum load of Td would be acceptable.
