Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
The other day, our blog was featured on another blog.
It was featured here.
If it’s published like this and reaches a wider audience, there will be more opportunities for people to learn about the slope.
If that happens, I think the number of slope construction companies will increase, more people will enter the construction industry, and the sector will become more vibrant.
I actually think that information disclosure and communication are surprisingly important in the construction industry.

Does your company share information?
These days, there are practically no companies that don't share information. (I'm not exaggerating.)
About 15 years ago, it was said that a company without a website was practically nonexistent.
Nowadays, people say that companies that don't post on social media and the like...
I think people use social media casually these days. (For young employees, it’s just a given.)
I think it's okay to post casually on social media even at work.
Especially in the case of public works projects like ours, everything—from the blueprints to the winning bid amounts—is made public from the outset.
That’s exactly why I think contractors should act as the eyes of the community and make this information public.
It's true that making it public will attract some troublesome people.
I think there may be times when minor unsafe behaviors are pointed out.
That place isWe need to be very careful while being open about it.I think so.
If it's a large company, it might even involve corporate compliance.
But I'm still going to publish it!

As for who sees these public social media posts,
These are future employees who may work in our industry someday—and their families!
By making this public, I'm glad I work at this company.
I think people will say, “This company has a great atmosphere. It makes me feel at ease.”
These days, it’s almost unheard of for job postings to be posted on a company’s website first.
I’ll try to describe the job-hunting process for today’s young people in writing.
1. They seem to be doing some fun work on social media!
2. I wonder which company it is?
3. Check out the company's social media accounts
4. Check for updates if any are available
5. Find out about the company's atmosphere, the nature of the work, and the types of people who work there.
6. I'm worried about work
7. Is it available at Hello Work?
8. I guess I'll check the website for now.
9. I want to do this job!
Here's how it goes.
Who do you think would go to a company they've never heard of—one that doesn't even have a website and doesn't post any information on social media? lol
I can say with certainty that the key to revitalizing our construction industry lies solely in sharing information!!
And just keep at it!
There's absolutely no need for it to go viral.
It doesn't matter if the number of plays or views is 10 or 100.
I hope this reaches at least one of the future construction professionals I want to reach.
Even if it's just a little at a time, let's use social media platforms like Instagram to share information about our company and the construction industry!
See you later.
