I tried filming a video of cement slurry mixed with fiber.
It looks something like this.
I think two handfuls were about 500 grams.
In reality, a grout pump can handle up to about 1 kg, but the mixture will become quite thick. (Putting in too much will clog the hose.)
If the mixture becomes too stiff because you added too much, adjust it with LeoBuild 4000.
Once it hardens, it will look like it did in the previous article.
If you have any leftover NAF-6 aramid fiber, that’s fine, but since workability will be significantly reduced,
For the NAF-6, be sure to adjust the amount while visually monitoring the process.
This is what it looks like with about two handfuls of Grace Microfiber, but if you use twice as much, it gets even slicker.
This works great on cracks. It really grips them well.
Be sure to mix thoroughly, and if the injection distance is too long, it’s better to use a smaller amount.
Also, since the material hardens quickly in the summer, if you take too long, the hose will clog right away.
