Sinkhole Accident

I'm sure you're all familiar with the sinkhole incident that's been in the news lately.

Personally, I felt that if they hadn't made that initial mistake and had asked the construction company for help sooner, they could have been saved at an earlier stage.

However, since I don't have a clear understanding of the situation on site, I can't really comment on it without knowing the details.

 

However, I've also heard that it all started when the police said they had rescued the driver...

So, is it just the police lying, or are they following orders...

As someone who runs a business myself, I often have to deal with the police, and I’m disappointed every single time.

With so many arrogant people around, it’s amazing how few decent people there are...

But let's put the police story aside for now, lol

 

Please take a look at the flow of water and the movement of soil in a sinkhole incident.


This is happening on our slope too, isn't it?

A phenomenon in which spring water from the mountains erodes the soil, causing it to be washed away rapidly.

At the base of the slope, the surface may be eroded, causing scuff marks.

 

Experiments like this are extremely useful for visualizing accidents and their causes.

And it is said that incidents like this will occur throughout Japan in the future.

That's why underground ultrasound companies are popping up everywhere all of a sudden, lol.

In a way, it feels like this accident has actually presented us with a big opportunity, doesn't it?

Because the government issued an order.

 

I’ve been thinking that it’s about time we slope engineers put something out there, so I’ve decided to start preparing for that.

Visualization really is important, isn't it?
