Rest really is the best remedy for back pain.
But that's beside the point.
Do you provide training for your younger employees?
I feel like we're doing a pretty good job of it (on-site), but it's still quite difficult.
It seems there are some things that can't be accomplished by motivation alone.
And while I was doing some research, I came across an interesting graph.
The blue line represents the expectations of your supervisor or trainer.
It feels like the more you teach them, the more they improve, doesn't it? It's an upward trend.
As a teacher, I really want students to see results pile up as they put in the effort, right? lol
But honestly, I find myself wondering, “Why can’t I do this, even though I’ve tried so many times!?”
Apparently, growth only increases gradually, as shown by the red line.
And before I knew it, it shot up all at once.
It seems to spike all at once at a certain point, and I’ve heard that’s called the tipping point.
To put it simply, it's that moment when you get the hang of it!
This happens to everyone, right?
It means that after failing a few times and going through a process of trial and error, I suddenly figured it out! That’s what that moment was all about.

That means weTeachers need to wait patientlyThat is to say, there is one.
I guess I shouldn't expect to see results or progress in just one or two days.
It looks like we teachers will have to learn how to teach while holding back time and time again, lol.
Saying things like, “That’s just how craftsmen are,” “That’s just how directors are,” or “That’s just because I have a short temper”—those are just excuses, right?
This means that whoever is in a position of authority must be someone who can be patient and wait.
Since we’re in a leadership position, let’s make that kind of effort!
