Do you take any steps to prevent your machines from breaking down?
I guess that means not using machines, lol. But then it wouldn't be a machine at all—it's only a machine when you actually use it!
So, I'll write about how to use it so it doesn't break easily.
My philosophy is to use machines to the fullest and repair them when they break! By “to the fullest,” I don’t mean to use them roughly—I mean to use them carefully so they can perform at their best.
It's definitely easier to gauge how a machine is performing when you're running it at maximum capacity.
This is because when measuring a machine's performance, the measurements are taken at maximum capacity.
The oil level, torque, and RPM at that time are the catalog specifications.
That's why it's best to check the machine's condition at the maximum setting.
When using hydraulic machinery, it delivers more reliable output at maximum RPM.

Well, with tools like the BH (Back Four), the torque is adjusted based on the RPM, so it’s hard to generalize, but you have to be careful with our percussion drills and pneumatic drills because their power drops off suddenly lol.
And then there's maintenance—the main thing is to apply grease every single day!
That's the basics, isn't it?
Every day!
It stings even if you move just a little.

Put liquid lubricant in your air tools, too!
The same goes for air impact wrenches, nail guns, and air sanders—making sure to add lubricating oil before use makes a world of difference in the longevity of the mechanical parts.
The place where you add oil is the one-touch coupler where you connect the air hose. (For grease, use a grease nipple.)

Please add lubricant here. (You absolutely must not use CRC Kure 55-6 lubricant—just be careful with this one, lol. (It’s too volatile and tends to cause rust; if you do use it, a different type that isn’t volatile might be okay.))
Just give it a little squirt before use. (Be careful not to use too much, lol.)
Just this simple step is enough to prevent friction to a large extent.
Since our machines are constantly exposed to water, lubrication is absolutely essential—even in the air—and there's also dust.
This is the absolute basics when it comes to working with machinery.
Please be sure to remember this.
However, depending on the machine, there may be specific types of oil or parts where certain oils should not be used, so please check these details beforehand before using the oil.
