When recruiting, the most important thing is the process!

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

New Employees

We recently hired a 21-year-old new employee ^^

The new employee is the one wearing the brand-new jacket on the right in the photo.

The guy on the left is a veteran slope manager lol

For the time being, we plan to have them take it easy and handle their on-site work at a leisurely pace.

How is the job market looking for everyone?

I think I've mentioned this before, but these days, the number of people entering the construction industry is incredibly low!

For every single job opening, 7 to 11 companies are engaged in a fierce battle to fill it!?

Even major companies are facing extreme difficulties.

It's especially tough for us small and medium-sized businesses.

Even if you pay to advertise in a job listing magazine, it will definitely be a waste of money!

It won't do any good to post an announcement on the website.

So what are we supposed to do?

That's what you'd think, right?

As expectedA Comprehensive Approach to RecruitmentIf you don't do that, people won't come.

For example, you can register with Hello Work.

After checking the information on Hello Work, job seekers cannot verify the company if it does not have a website.

After looking at the website, if you find yourself wondering, "What kind of work do they do?" you'll probably look for videos about their work.

Check for company information posted on social media and other platforms.

Can you watch that? Or can't you??

Does it look like a nice place?

That's the conclusion you'd come to, right?

However, most companies don't draw a clear line.

There just aren't any job openings.

If you don't create a flow, people won't come your way.

This "flow" is similar to what we in the construction industry refer to as a work procedure manual.

It's as if they're saying that if you follow the instructions, the structure will come together.

Procedure Manual

I've really come to understand how to create that momentum lately!

I'm thinking it would be great if we could really flesh that out and turn it into a service in the future, lol.

In terms of results, we have the findings from the experiment conducted by Enta, which has hired four people since last year.

Things like how to increase the number of interviews, or how to create a work environment where new hires don't quit.

The strengths and weaknesses of us in the construction industry—things that major job placement firms just don’t understand.

There are all sorts of things, but I think this information will be helpful to everyone.

We also plan to implement initiatives to increase the number of new entrants to the construction industry in order to improve the sector.

See you later.
