The most important thing when sharing information is to write about my experiences exactly as they happened, so I don’t worry about backlash!

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

I've been in Tokyo for the past few days.

To be specific, I went to Kamakura the day before to conduct a site survey and check on the progress of the catch basin construction, which had just begun.

I came by car, but the city is so cramped lol

Even though there are two lanes, one of them is really narrow.

It's a tough world for country bumpkins like us, lol.

As many of you may already know, this Enta Slope Management Seminar is also featured in “The God of Construction.”

So, I've included a copy of that here as well, but,

Whenever I mention the "God of Construction," my posts tend to get a lot of backlash, and people even tell me they "hate" me, lol.

That's because people are saying things like, "You're exaggerating," "You're lying," or "Are you really a contractor?"

The articles that really sparked a firestorm are especially bad, lol (especially since there’s so much anonymity).

I know the reason.

I think that’s because the people who are criticizing it aren’t at the same level as the construction company.

I suppose they're prime contractors, such as major general contractors or secondary general contractors.

Business owners like me, who run small, independent contracting firms at the very bottom of the industry, go through some truly unbelievable experiences.

I think this is something you simply couldn't understand unless you were in our shoes.

Cigarettes

Like, doing drugs while at work or something lol

It's hard to imagine that they're just ordinary people, isn't it?

Of course, I was surprised, too.

Like forcing other employees to smoke drugs until they went crazy, or stealing things and selling them.

Like, stealing stuff every time they go to a convenience store.

Things like visiting someone at a detention center, or parents being violent, or parents committing acts of violence.

Retailers are going through some absolutely unbelievable things.

I thought it wouldn't be good to write that in such a blunt, straightforward way, so,

I'm writing about the facts, though I've added a few embellishments here and there.

It's all true, isn't it?

However, I get the impression that a certain segment of the population (people with borderline intelligence or higher) who cannot accept this tend to criticize it.

Most ordinary people tend to fall around the average, but,

We in the construction industry also serve as a source of employment for people in a wide variety of roles.

We can provide a work environment where even people who have committed crimes, served time in prison, and returned to society can work.

There are a lot of us slope contractors, in particular.

Back in the day, there were a lot of active yakuza members. (Are they working while hiding their yakuza identities these days?)

So there are some people who just keep doing it over and over again, huh?

It's a fact that's pretty hard to accept, but when people say I'm just trying to stir up controversy...

It makes me want to say, “I want to tell you the whole truth from start to finish,” lol.

Theft

On top of that, business owners get tossed around all over the place because of these incidents and accidents, so it’s really tough, lol.

On the other hand, since I’ve gone through all kinds of experiences firsthand, I feel like I’ve developed a better eye for judging people. (Not that I know for sure, though.)

That's why I can somehow tell when someone's no good.

I can somehow tell when someone looks suspicious.

My experience level is just on a whole different level from regular people, lol (not that I need it at all).

Our criteria are a little different from those of interviewers at major companies, lol (I just want things to be normal...)

Being criticized is just a consequence of sharing information, so I don't let it bother me at all.

If anything, I’d like to write more about the real facts, but I really can’t do that, so I’d like to say it off the record.

I'm not going to run away or hide, so please feel free to leave as many comments as you like ^^

See you later
