Grout Mixer Repair | Bearing Replacement

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

Things seem to be pretty hectic right now.

We're all out of everything right now, too.

I'm starting drilling today, too.

I'll do my best to aim for three per day lol (about 20 meters each)

But that's beside the point.

Last week, we sanded down and painted the grout mixer, which had been a total mess. (It wasn't me, lol.)

Well, I’ve been using it nonstop for a while now, and there’s an insane amount of cement slurry!!

Use a gas cutter to cut off bolts that won't come loose.

Apparently, it wouldn't work unless it was a hammer drill bit.

In the end, I took almost the whole thing apart.

The internal greasing is also perfect.

The pulley on the motor side isn't chipped, so there's no problem, but if it is chipped, it needs to be replaced.

At that point, if you increase the blade speed even slightly, the mixing speed will increase.

Please try slightly adjusting the size of the motor-side pulley to increase the rotational speed.

However, this results in a decrease in torque.

We completed the chiseling with a team of 1.5 people over two days, and applied a rust-preventive coating at a later date.

And the next day, we applied the topcoat.

What surprised me was that from a distance, it looked brand-new—the color and sheen were perfect! lol

Isn't this amazing?

The interior is finished to perfection, too!

This is the expertise of our employees. I hope they’ll keep passing on this kind of expertise to the younger generation.

But this color... It's just perfect for cherry blossom season, isn't it? lol

Once the season's over, maybe as a theft deterrent? lol

See you later.
