Horizontal Reinforcing Bars

This time it's the crossbeam, but it's just like last time, lol.

As mentioned last time, the crossbeam is 12 meters long.

12 m ÷ 5 m (length of rebar used) = 2 bars, with 2 m left over

There will be two places where the rebar overlaps.

5 m + 5 m + 2 m = 12 m

Since the overlap of the rebar is 0.52 m per location,

0.52 m × 2 locations = 1.04 m

2 pieces of rebar at 5 m each + 2 m + 1.04 m = 13.04 m

Since Frame 300 uses four reinforcing bars on the top and bottom,

13.04 m × 4 = 52.16 m per beam

Total Length ÷ Frame Spacing = Span

18 m ÷ 2 m = 9 spans

9 spans + 1 = 10 beams (same number of intersections)

10 beams × 52.16 m = 521.6 m

 

521.6 m × 0.995 kg/m (unit volume weight of D13 rebar) = 519 kg

 

Vertical and horizontal rebar for the curved section =545 kg + 519 kg = 1,064 kg

If you're going by the number of items,1,064 ÷ 5 m = 213 pieces

 

An experienced worker would adjust according to the undulations of the slope,

I think it should be fine to deliver the goods based on an approximate loss rate, but,

For now, I'll place an order for this quantity.

Considering the potential for loss, I think it’s better to place two orders.
