As for our future plans, we’ll be able to handle anchor and rock bolt work in Akita starting in February. (We’re still figuring out the machinery, lol.)

In the Tokai region, it’s kind of hard to tell whether places are open or not in some areas...

It's more like, "As long as the site is somewhat suitable for the process."

All foremen should read technical books—not just focus on operations!

I do this because it’s my job as a craftsman, but why am I doing this?

You don't really think that, do you?

It's just part of the job, so I'll ask.

Because I've been doing it all this time.

 

Given that the number of supervisors is declining at this rate, master craftsmen should also possess specialized knowledge.

Plus, not just a quick glance, but a pretty thorough one lol

Doing so will not only raise the skill level of our construction team but also significantly boost our credibility.

Drill a hole, insert an anchor, pour grout, and carefully finish the top.

I try to reflect on the things I do every day while reading a book.

Why shouldn't you get the bonding area dirty?

Why do we maintain the hold time for so long when we're nervous?

I've never seen a craftsman like that. (We actually have three anchor installers here, lol.)

If the operator clearly understood that, it would be the best!

It’ll completely change the depth and scope of your work!

It's amazing to be able to discuss things based on theory.

 

To help train craftsmen like that, I bought copies of the technical manuals for all the master craftsmen lol

I'm thinking of having them get their anchor installer certification starting next year.

I have a lot of experience writing essays and the like, so I can write as much as you want.

 

I really feel that this is the time for our company to start focusing more on those kinds of qualifications and knowledge.
