Time and Attendance Management for Construction Workers | Labor Management in the Construction Industry

This is Enta.

How does your company handle time and attendance management?

Time and Attendance

For Enta, it's a smartphone app and Excel, lol.

 

The company has implemented a system for cost management, which is fine in itself, but the time and attendance management feature is a bit lacking and hard to use.

Because of that, I end up using the app while also managing things in Excel—it’s such a vague and redundant process...

 

So, we're currently looking into other time-tracking apps.

In our case, the work site can change from day to day, and since we have Vietnamese staff, we also need to enter data for them.

As I was thinking, “We really need a time and attendance system that takes that into account…”

 

I'm looking for it right now lol

It would be best if a Japanese person at the site could enter the Vietnamese staff’s information and also have access to other details, though...

Even though I’m thinking, “Oh no, do I have to build another app?!” I’m going to try making the most of the apps already on the market.

I think it's about time I moved on from Excel, lol (not that it isn't handy, though.)
