I don't think there are any municipal construction projects that use the Construction Career Advancement System!

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

Hey, everyone!

Are you using the Career Advancement System?

We've had the subscription for a few years now, but we haven't used it even once lol

We act as first- and second-tier subcontractors for the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and other municipalities, but we have never used them at all.

If I had to say, the only time I really use it is when I register as an employee on Green Site, I guess? lol

CCUSカード

By the way, the ID verification number printed on the back of your CCUS card is important, so when scanning your CCUS card,

Be sure to scan the back side, lol.

If this is missing, an error will be returned in case of an error.

Even though everything is correct, we're getting error messages and some employees haven't been registered, but we're just leaving it as is.

Since only the major companies are using CCUS, does that mean—in other words—that as long as companies other than the major ones aren’t doing it, local businesses don’t really matter anymore??

It would be convenient if we could register our certifications on the CCUS card.

If anything, I’d like to have everything—from my driver’s license to my health insurance card, My Number card, and all my other cards—combined into a single card.

If we just use authentication based on the person's fingerprints (all fingers), iris, and face, wouldn't that solve the security issue?

技能講習修了証明書

Or maybe having them register everything on their cell phones.

I mean, the only thing I always carry with me on the job is my smartphone, so let's think this through a little more, okay?

What's the point of making him carry nothing but cards?

There are way too many cards out there.

Construction companies, in particular, are all about credit cards, lol.

I really wish they'd stop saying things like, "If you don't have your certification right here on site, you're not qualified, so you can't do the work," lol.

For construction companies working on public works projects, in particular, it’s a real nightmare when it comes to qualifications and paperwork.

What do you all think?

Take CCUS, for example—we’re being forced to buy nothing but useless stuff (at least for now), and it’s costing a lot of money (though the employees probably don’t know that).

ソロソロ建退共が搭載されて、各現場にカードリーダーが付くのか?

勤怠管理も一緒になって一気に便利感が増すのか??

どうなるのか分かりませんが、早くやって欲しいですね。

See you later.
